Vacancy available: we are hiring a deboner in Njaba, Imo State. On a typical shift you will weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. You should have: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Six days a week, one day off.
