Oven operator wanted in Yorro

Vacancy available: we are hiring an oven operator in Yorro, Taraba State. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. The role involves prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
