Machine operator (earthworks) wanted in Madison County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a machine operator (earthworks) in Madison County, Illinois. You will be based on a pipeline and trenching crew. The role involves: • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up What we are looking for: • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site We offer $5,200 per month plus benefits.
