Painter and decorator wanted in Harrison County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a painter and decorator in Harrison County, Indiana. The job is at a property maintenance company. What we are looking for: • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec The role involves: • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Sand and fill walls before applying primer • Work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
