Canteen cook — Mangu

What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure You will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare the mise en place before each service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat.
