Fry cook • Ahoada West, Rivers State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fry cook in Ahoada West, Rivers State. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate On a typical shift you will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
