We are recruiting: we are hiring a garment presser in Wokingham, England. You will work at a garment factory. Requirements: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep Day to day you will use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. We offer £2,600 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
