Head baker — Gezawa

Vacancy available: we are hiring a head baker in Gezawa, Kano State. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to work early-morning and night shifts The role involves weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough.
