The role involves weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Full-time, day shift.
