We are recruiting: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Cumberland County, Maine. You will be based in a five-star hotel. Requirements: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service The role involves polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table.
