Cook wanted in Ekwusigo

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cook in Ekwusigo, Anambra State. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift You should have: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Full-time, day shift.
