Your main tasks: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Part-time with flexible hours.
