You will follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar.
