Head butcher — Song

Immediate opening: we are hiring a head butcher in Song, Adamawa State. On the job you will handle: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools Requirements: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required 6+ years on the tools preferred.
