Requirements: • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day Day-to-day duties: • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens • Lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar Part-time with flexible hours.
