Vacancy available: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Dallas County, Texas. Ideal candidate: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg The role involves load and index turning tools in the turret; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $22 per hour plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
