Captain waiter wanted in Harding County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a captain waiter in Harding County, New Mexico. Ideal candidate: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness On a typical shift you will coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; clear and reset tables between covers; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins.
