Prep cook • Udi, Enugu State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a prep cook in Udi, Enugu State. On the job you will handle: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes You should have: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
