Ideal candidate: • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely Day-to-day duties: • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash • Cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame • Fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame • Wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile Part-time with flexible hours.
