Vacancy available: we are hiring a prep cook in Warren County, Georgia. The job is at a roadside dhaba. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking On a typical shift you will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $6,500 per project, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
