Great opportunity: we are hiring a canteen cook in Fulton County, Arkansas. The job is in a hotel kitchen. The role involves cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays 2+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
