Great opportunity: we are hiring a domestic gas engineer in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. Your main tasks: • Connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points Ideally you have physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders; sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
