Immediate opening: short order cook (Texas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a short order cook in Wharton County, Texas. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Day to day you will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
