Short order cook wanted in Loving County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a short order cook in Loving County, Texas. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat The role involves: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
