Powder coating line operator — Hardee County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Hardee County, Florida. You will be based at a powder coating unit. On the job you will handle: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage You should have: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Willing to work shifts and overtime 3+ years on the tools preferred.
