Day-to-day duties: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • 2+ years' experience as a baker At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
