We are recruiting: we are hiring a commercial painter in Blackpool, England. The job is at a property maintenance company. Day to day you will carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover; apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls; cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller; lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture. What we are looking for: • Own brushes and basic hand tools • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
