Join our team: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Guma, Benue State. You will wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Punctual, reliable and hard-working At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift.
