Halal butcher wanted in Orange County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a halal butcher in Orange County, Texas. The job is in a hotel or restaurant butchery. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers You will portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date. 5+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $3,200 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
