Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Your main tasks: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
