Urgent requirement: meat cutter (Nevada)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat cutter in Washoe County, Nevada. The role involves stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders. What we are looking for: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
