Requirements: • Smartphone with a working data connection for the delivery app • Punctual and reliable with polite customer manners You will keep the delivery bag and box clean and hygienic for food orders; handle fragile and perishable items with care while riding; call or message customers to confirm the address and drop-off point; scan the barcode on every consignment before pick-up and after drop-off; update the delivery status (picked up, on the way, delivered) on the app in real time; weave through heavy traffic while keeping to delivery time slots.
