Confectioner wanted in Bunza

Vacancy available: we are hiring a confectioner in Bunza, Kebbi State. The job is at a busy bakery. Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks On the job you will handle: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight We offer ₦220,000 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
