Great opportunity: we are hiring a dent repair specialist in Middlesex County, Massachusetts. The role involves: • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair Ideal candidate: • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $4,500 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
