Great opportunity: counter butcher (England)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a counter butcher in North Tyneside, England. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Your main tasks: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
