Urgent requirement: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Logo, Benue State. Your main tasks: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case You should have: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate 4+ years on the tools preferred.
