Now hiring: we are hiring a cook in Kajuru, Kaduna State. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
