Now hiring: we are hiring a cake decorator in Imphal East, Manipur. Your main tasks: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity Ideally you have basic cake decorating and piping skills; familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens.
