Now hiring: we are hiring a steward in Ikara, Kaduna State. Your main tasks: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift What we are looking for: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
