Site dozer operator • Highland, Scotland

Immediate opening: we are hiring a site dozer operator in Highland, Scotland. You will be based on a road construction project. Day-to-day duties: • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid Requirements: • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
