LGV Class 1 driver — Bindawa

Immediate opening: we are hiring a LGV Class 1 driver in Bindawa, Katsina State. The job is at a container freight yard. On a typical shift you will log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards; secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars; check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits; couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock; present documents at weighbridges and check posts; operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for long hours behind the wheel • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
