Now hiring: we are hiring a panel painter in Fune, Yobe State. You will be based at a busy body shop. The role involves compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint. You should have: • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
