Sausage maker — Odigbo

Great opportunity: we are hiring a sausage maker in Odigbo, Ondo State. You will be based in a hotel or restaurant butchery. You will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders. You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends.
