What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Food handler / hygiene certificate • 2+ years' experience as a baker You will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch.
