Banquet server — Afikpo North

We are recruiting: we are hiring a banquet server in Afikpo North, Ebonyi State. You should have: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform On a typical shift you will upsell starters, desserts and beverages; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins.
