Great opportunity: vertical transportation technician (Borno State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a vertical transportation technician in Magumeri, Borno State. Requirements: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards The role involves rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
