Bar waiter — Siwan

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bar waiter in Siwan, State of Bihar. You will be based in a quick-service restaurant. The role involves check back during the meal and handle special requests; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins. Ideally you have basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness; smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform. 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
