Vacancy available: we are hiring a cake decorator in Birnin Kudu, Jigawa State. The role involves decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics We offer ₦90,000 per month plus benefits.
