Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths The role involves keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights.
