Immediate opening: we are hiring a halal butcher in Page County, Virginia. You will be based at a halal meat counter. You will portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case. What we are looking for: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • 2+ years experience working as a butcher At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
